The PK24 chaise longue chair stands out as perhaps the most recognizable chair in Fritz Hansen's Poul Kjærholm collection. Inspired by the Rococo period and the French chaise longue; Kjærholm used steel to support a sinuous and fluid form. He labeled it the "hammock chair" to emphasize that it works by suspending the body between two points.
