With Guise, Stefan Diez develops the new potential that LED technology generates in contact with the material: the light emanates from the glass itself, while the light source remains invisible. In this way you get a feeling of magic, without giving up perfect functionality. When turned off, thanks to the high transparency of the glass, the lamp practically disappears. Once lit, it radiates a fluid and magnetic luminescence.
Characteristics of the materials
The glass in this lamp is borosilicate, a robust, low-weight material, manufactured with the latest generation of flotation technology, with a highly homogeneous quality and excellent optical properties. Due to the melting process and the nature of the glass itself, it is normal for it to have small air bubbles, some inclusions and small scratches. These small imperfections do not affect the quality or safety of the glass and are not a sign of poor quality. Diffuser: Borosilicate glass. Profile: Aluminium.
