Features and functionality

The Oksen armchair takes on a sharp and powerful expression; dominating a room like nothing else. Arne Jacobsen shocked design connoisseurs around the world when he first introduced Oksen in 1966; after no less than five years of design experimentation. In contrast to many of his early pieces featuring rounded, organic shapes; Oksen is the largest and most controversial chair that Arne Jacobsen has ever designed.

Materials and construction
The Oksen lounge chair is available in three different types of leather: Aura and Grace in black and walnut and in Essential leather. The star base is available in black powder-coated aluminum or satin polished aluminum with a satin polished steel pedestal.
