The rocking sofa was designed in 1959 by Bodil Kjær as part of a series of beautifully crafted, architecturally inspired indoor and outdoor furniture. As with the rest of the series; the Danish architect was inspired by Cubism for the precise and slender shape of the sofa; made of solid teak. Designed to withstand the elements; the rocking sofa also offers superior comfort; Suspended by knotted ropes for a relaxing rocking motion. Suspension joints are not included. Suspension rope is included. The pillow is sold separately.
