Features and functionality
Profirolle seems to have been born from the hands of a starred chef rather than from the mind of a designer. The ingredients used, methacrylate and polyester with glass fibre, make it foamy and sinuous. The shape, a combination of solids and circles, which continuously embrace and chase each other, is a refined aesthetic research that elegantly defies the passing of the years.
